School of Leadership: This is an intensive course to help a person to blossom as an effective leader. The subjects that are included: Personality analysis, Personality Development, Inter-Personal Relationship, Motivation, Decision-Making, Communication, Emotional Intelligence, Time Management, Stress Management, and Group Dynamics. During the course, if any need is felt for a specific subject that would be added on request. The subjects would be Christ Centred, Bible based and mission focused. The presentation method would be interactive with lot of time for questions, and sharing.
Writers Workshop: This is an course that provides vision for writing that would transform the world. The workshop of longer duration provides practical help to develop a person to write. Also mentoring is done by writers to help emerging writers.
Missions Challenge seminar: The purpose of this seminar is to help Christians to understand the challenge of mission today. It provides various opportunities or open doors available and encourages each person to be involved in missions.
Urban Consultation: In this consultation, city leaders are encouraged to work for the integrated transformation of cities. New vision of transformation, networking, prayer mobilization, and strategic planning are some of the components of this consultation.
Member Care Training: Intensive five days Member Care training is provided for leaders who are involved in counseling and member care ministries.
Family seminars: Family seminars are conducted for couples to help them to improve Interpersonal relationships, find God’s purposes and develop resources for ministering to families. Parenting skills is also taught in these seminars. |
