Glocal Leaders Network

The vision of the track is that of TOPIC (Trainers of Pastors International Coalition):  To see at least one mature, equipped and trained pastor for each congregation.  

This is a group of trainers who are involved in training pastoral leaders in India.  A pastoral leader means those who are involved in pastoral function and need not holding pastoral position.  For example, a Sunday School teacher functions as pastor to about 20 children.  S/he needs knowledge, skills for effective ministry.

TOPIC-India facilitates training of Master Trainers (Resource Persons) who are certified to provide training for pastoral leaders.  Some of the Master Trainers facilitated by TOPIC are:  T-Net International, Mathetes Model of Discipleship, Equipping the Saints…etc.  

Resource person data is being developed by this track to have the list of all resource persons, their area of expertise and experience, the languages in which they could offer training and geographical area in which they could operate.

The vision of this track is to develop thinking leaders who would reflect on the trends, the response of the church and communicate to the church to be relevant and contemporary in this generation.

The thinkers would post current developments, responses to global developments, provoking the leaders to think and respond.  New books would be reviewed, and articles if given permission would be uploaded.
